PROFESSIONAL PROCESSING OF METAL PRODUCTS
ROBOTIC WELDING
We specialise in welding components with a maximum rotary table size of 2000 mm x 1250 mm. By using offline programming and tooling design and manufacture, we are able to provide a product in the shortest possible time. We use a Panasonic robot with a Super Active Wire system that eliminates welding spatters.
LASER TUBE AND SECTION CUTTING
We provide laser cutting of tubes and sections using the TruLaser Tube 5000 Fiber machine equipped with a head with an additional “oblique” axis which makes us possible to take on even the most difficult tasks.
TUBE AND SECTION BENDING
In addition to laser cutting and robotic welding, we also provide other services such as tube and section bending using the all-electric BLM Elect 52 bending machine, sheet metal cutting using the Euromac MTXR Flex cutter machine, turning and milling using DMG CNC machines.
